Poster Presentation

  • Poster presenters are requested to put up their posters starting from 12:00 PM on June 26. Presenters should stand near their posters from 16:30-18:00 on June 26 (Poster Session I) & 15:50-17:20 on June 27 (Poster Session II).
  • Posters should be removed by the presenters after the end of the session. The provided poster boards measure 190 cm in height and 95 cm in width.
  • Posters are recommended to be in A1 size, portrait orientation (60 cm wide × 85 cm high). Tapes will be provided for mounting.

Student Poster Competition Guidelines

  • The aim of hosting a student poster presentation competition in IPTJC2025 is to enrich participants with the experience of international interaction and communication in scientific research.
  • All posters must be prepared in English. Posters should be printed in full A1 size, 60 cm (width) x 85 cm (Height). All poster presenters are required to attend the IPTJC 2025 conference and present their work on-site and on time to be eligible for the Poster Presentation Award. The Poster Award Committee will evaluate the posters according to the following Poster Evaluation Criteria during the conference sessions.

1. Is the topic innovative?
2. Are the experimental methods appropriate?
1. Are the results and discussion accurate?

1. Is the poster focused and visually engaging?
2. Is the content and structure complete?
3. Are the charts and graphs clear?
4. Is the written description and presentation fluent and coherent?

  • The poster competition is divided into four groups (A, B, C, and D) based on the submitted topics.
    • Group A: 1 Best Poster Award and 1 Honorable Mention
    • Group B : 2 Best Poster Awards and 2 Honorable Mentions
    • Group C : 2 Best Poster Awards and 2 Honorable Mentions
    • Group D: 5 Best Poster Awards and 5 Honorable Mentions
  • Each Best Poster Award winner will be awarded NT$3,000 and a certificate of recognition. Honorable Mentions will receive a certificate of recognition.
  • We encourage all participants to prepare their posters thoroughly and engage actively during the sessions.
