Oral Presentation Guidelines
The speakers need to come to the Session Room 15 minutes before the scheduled session time. The speakers need to save the file of their presentations in a USB memory and pload the file to the PC in the Session Room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session time. The PC will be equipped with Microsoft Windows and PowerPoint software.
Plenary lecture
allotted time 40 minutes (35 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A)
Keynote speech
allotted time 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A)
Invited talks
allotted time 20 minutes (17 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A)
Regular talks
allotted time 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A)

Student Oral Presentation Competition
If you registered as a student, your presentation will be part of the Student Oral Presentation Competition.

Student Oral Presentation Competition Guidelines
- Date & Time: Wednesday, June 25, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM
- The aim of hosting a student oral presentation competition in IPTJC2025 is to enrich participating students with the experience of international interaction and communication in scientific research.
- Student Oral Presentation must be prepared in English. To ensure the session proceeds smoothly and on schedule, all speakers need to provide the file through a USB flash and transfer the file to the PC in the session room in advance. Each student will be given 5 minutes for the presentation, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A.
- All participants will be assigned to one of three separate groups for the oral competition. Please carefully check your assigned group and presentation time, and arrive at your designated venue at least 15 minutes early before the scheduled session time.
- Each group will select the top three students, in addition to two Honorable Mention recipients, according to the following Oral Presentation Evaluation Criteria.
